SPORT!!!
Bath defeat CAB Post16 performance Team, but admitted that we were the better side!
AFD Bath U19 Academy Director admitted that our new look side made up of 4 year 11, were the better side, despite going down 4-2. Jamie Harrison an "ex-Liverpool scholar" admitted that he was surprised at how well our inexperienced side performed, but was also relieved to end up on the winning side. Bath are currently training for 10/12 hours per week, but our boys managed to control the game for long periods. If we can start the game quicker, we will pick up our first win of the season.
Nevertheless it is about small steps not large ones at the moment but what is pleasing for me is the manner and style in which we are now trying to play. With the team made up of talented year 11 players I am keen to increase our numbers for next season.
To enquire about coming along to our open training sessions on Mondays 3.00-5.00pm & Fridays 2.30pm-4.30pm please contact Patrick Williams on 07946 386123 or pop along to the PE dept where I am located. All year 11 students are welcome to attend.
