PHMS WEEKLY WARRIOR
FOR WEEK OF: MAY 17, 2021
Happy Friday PHMS Students and Families,
Another great week is in the books and we are in the final countdown… 5 weeks of school remaining. The finish line is in sight but let’s remember to finish strong so we can win this race.
We have finished our fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and we raised $12,322!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could not be prouder of our students and staff! I have included a couple of pictures (on the Weekly Warrior Newsletter) of things that have happened to me for every $1000 raised. Still to come- water balloons (today), pies, slime and a being a student for the day.
Also, the school store is open again- students can come during their lunch Tuesday- Friday to get a snack, a drink or spirit wear. You can also make an order online using the QR codes posted around the building or on the Facebook page (The Warrior Exchange at PHMS) and the order will be ready for pickup. Everyone needs to bring exact change to the school store. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we cannot make change for you.
Thursday night we have a couple of events:
May PTO Meeting at 5:30pm- See the Weekly Warrior Newsletter for the link
Choir Concert at 6:30pm- The final choir concert of the year will be held on Thursday May 20th in the new WHS gym. There will be two performances, one at 6:30 and one at 7:30. PHMS parents are invited to attend the first performance, but their students will have to attend both. Each choir student will be given two tickets to their concert. Additional details were emailed home last week. If you did not receive the email, please reach out to Ms. Seeley at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please do not forget to check out the Weekly Warrior so you stay up to date with everything PHMS. This week there is more information about the things above as well as, the upcoming High School Dance Team tryouts, PTO, clubs, and lots more. Make sure you stay connected and check it out!
Thank you for allowing Mrs. Fondaw and myself to lead PHMS and remember we are here for ALL of you, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to either one of us!
Have a great weekend, take care, be safe and remember to always be WARRIOR STRONG!

What is a Hassle-Free Donation? It is a convenient way for families to help PHMS PTO raise funds to enhance the educational experience for our students. There is nothing to sell and nothing to deliver. All monies raised will go directly to serving our students. We are asking for donations from you. While any donation is greatly appreciated, donations of $20.00 per child will allow us to reach our goal. We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make.

PHMS PARKING LOT REMINDERS
The main goals for the PHMS Parking Lot are to: ensure all students and drivers are safe and protected as they are dropping off and picking up and that we can get vehicles in and out as quickly and safely as possible. In order to obtain those goals we need everyone to be on the same page and do their part. If we all work together and follow the information below we can make sure the mornings and afternoons are as stress free as possible.
Thank you for doing your part!
Parking Lot Reminders:
* When entering the parking loops for drop off and pick up please ensure you pull into either LANE 1, 2, and 3.
* We ask you to please pull forward in these loops until you reach the last parking cone (LANE 1 and 2) or the car in front of you to ensure that we can get in as many cars as possible.
* When you have pulled up as far as you can we ask that you "Drop where you Stop". This will allow nearly 40 cars at one time to drop off their student which will make the line run quickly and safely.
* When students are "Drop where you Stop" we want to remind all students to walk on the sidewalk and not in the road. If you are dropping in LANE 2 or 3 please use the crosswalk to cross the road with the guidance of our parking lot attendant.
* We do ask that all drivers watch and listen to the parking lot attendant as they will direct you when it is safe to drive past the crosswalk.
