Students/Staff should donate at least $1 to participate. An item will be emailed out through School Cash Online (If you haven't registered already, here are instructions to assist you.) so that you can pay online (processing fee included) OR you may send cash with your student on Friday.

Students should follow the "Acceptable Dress for Non-Uniform Days" Guidelines on page 17 of the 2021-2022 Student Code of Conduct linked on the SCCPSS/Ellis websites.

Counselors' Corner

This week in Upper Elementary and Erdkinder, students have been receiving lessons on Peace and Compassion. Erdkinder students have also been learning about what a resume is, and volunteering in our area. 8th graders may begin volunteering in the summer leading up to high school to work on community service requirements.

Next week, Primary and Lower Elementary will learn more about the world of work through a special opportunity highlighting various career clusters.

It's our pleasure as your school counselors to serve our Ellis community. Resources are available on the School Counseling Website including a list of mental health professionals and relaxation activities should you need anything. Please reach out if we can be of further service.

  • When I see that other people are feeling hurt or sad and I do something to help them feel better, I am acting with Compassion.
