MONDAY - PTO MEETING AT 6PM -ROOM 128 (ART ROOM)
Please join us for our monthly PTO meeting. We would love to have you join us to connect with other families and stay connected with some of the Richmond staff. It is a very positive group of people looking to help out Richmond as much as possible. We hope to see you there!
TUESDAY-FRIDAY: HOLIDAY SHOP
Our school will be having a Holiday Shop for students to be able to buy gifts for their families.
Students will be shopping December 12th-15th with their class for one hour. They will have the opportunity to buy items for parents, grandparents, siblings, pets, relatives or even teachers. Students will wrap their gifts at school and bring them home that day.
Just a reminder...we may run out of items and some of the stuff may not be perfect. We are not Amazon and cannot guarantee too much. We can guarantee that 100% of the money will be coming back to Richmond.

NEED VOLUNTEERS (ELFS) FOR HOLIDAY SHOP
THANK YOU FAMILIES - MANY HAVE SIGNED UP - A FEW SLOTS LEFT
We are in need of multiple volunteers to help us run our Holiday Shop. We give every student the chance to purchase holiday gifts for their families. Most items will fall in the range of $1 to $5. All of the money comes back to the PTO and our Richmond classrooms. We need your help to make this all work.
Volunteering opportunities include: Collecting money for purchased goods, Bagging and Tagging gifts, and Restocking the tables.
The Holiday Shop will run from Tuesday, December 12th - Friday, December 15th.
Please review the available days and times below and click on the button to sign up. Thank you!

RICHMOND'S NEW PHONE NUMBER - 920-852-5520
Over the summer the Appleton Area School District did an upgrade on our phone system. All numbers in the district were changed. Please update your records with the new phone number for Richmond. Also note that when you receive a phone call from Richmond it will show up on cell phones that the call is coming from Rosendale, WI.
RICHMOND LITERACY SURVEY
Thank you Richmond Families for participating in our One and Only Ivan book read. We hope that you enjoyed reading the book together as a Family. Please take a moment to complete the survey below. We appreciate your feedback.
With the winter weather arriving, please make sure that your child is coming to school with the appropriate winter gear. All students must wear jackets and have a pair of boots they can change into. KG-2nd grade must wear snow pants and boots to play in the snow, otherwise they will need to play on the blacktop. 3rd - 6th grade students can play in the snow with boots only. Hats and gloves or mittens are strongly encouraged.
We also advise that each child have a spare pair of clothing in their backpack. This clothing can then be utilized by them due to spills, snow gear "leaks" or for any other wet accidents. Even our upperclassmen run into issues with this from time to time. This will then alleviate any stress or negative feelings your child has when any issues do occur.
Thank you for assisting your child by providing clothing that they would be comfortable in. We will be going out in extremely cold temperatures.
LOST AND FOUND
This will now be a weekly feature in the minutes. Please check over the picture. Tell your kids to pick up the items. Or just stop in every so often to pick your items up.
