April 20-24th

Greetings Kelly Creek Community!

Dear Kelly Creek Families,

We had an amazing first week of Distance Learning! I had the opportunity to visit a few "virtual" classrooms this week and loved getting to see and talk to students via Google Meet. Our teachers have done an amazing job navigating new virtual platforms and helping families get connected to their classrooms. Please continue to reach out if you need help accessing your child's Google Classroom.

From the School Nurse

Updated April 8, 2020

Here are some reminders to help keep us all safe.

The CDC recommends wearing a cloth face covering when you cannot keep 6 feet between you and others in public, like at a grocery store, at a pharmacy, or on a crowded sidewalk.

Continue to follow the physical distancing guidelines:

  • stay at home as much as possible,

  • keep 6 feet between you and others in public,

  • don’t touch your face,

  • cover coughs and sneezes, and

  • wash your hands.

  • If you are sick, stay home and away from others to protect them.

Cloth face coverings are NOT a replacement for physical distancing. Cloth face-coverings are one more thing we can do to protect one another.

ParentVUE for Elementary Families

The Gresham-Barlow School District has used Parentvue at the Middle and High School level for several years to allow families access to attendance, enrollment, grades, and report cards. We are excited that we will now have ParentVUE access at the Elementary level. Moving forward we will use this platform for registrations, address verification, and report cards.

While we will not be mailing Report Cards at this time, families are able to access their report cards using ParentVUE. An email was sent out to families recently with information on how to set up your ParentVUE account. We encourage all of our parents to set up their ParentVUE account, if you still need additional support in setting up your account, please feel free to call our office at 503-663-7483 and we can help!
