Martin Luther King Jr. epitomizes the denotation of an effective leader because he shows qualities of being confident, inspirational and a good communicator as he encouraged equality through Civil disobedience.

Confidence: Being certain & having a feeling of self-assurance.
Inspirational: Influencing, motivating people mentally or emotionally.
Good Communicator: someone who is good at conveying ideas & information.
