What is Panic Disorder?

Panic disorder is one of the causes of anxiety. Panic disorder is when you get panic attacks and you start to worry about the next one. The condition is serious and it can disrupt their daily life. It goes along with other conditions such a depression and many others.

What causes Panic Disorder?

Stress- there could be stressful parts where you have a had family member pass, big life decision

People think it can be passed down from family members . There is a 50% chance of getting panic disorder.

Panic Disorder/Panic Attack

Panic attacks are 10 mins or less.You will feel the most anxiety about 10 mins before a attack happens. If you have panic attacks often then it is called Panic Disorder. Panic Disorder is fairly common it effects about 6 million adults in the U.S. Women are two times more likely to get the condition than men. The condition starts to develop in early adulthood.

Panic Attack symptoms

: Hot flashes

: Light-headed

: Chest pains

: Racing heart

: Numbness in the hands and fingers

: Feeling sweaty

Is there a way to treat Panic Disorder?

You can do many different things. You can take medication,therapy. There are different ways to reduce stress and not having so many symptoms. Over all there is nothing you can prevent from having Panic disorder.
