Our Wax Museum is quickly approaching. Please make sure your child has researched their person. We will work on this again in class on Monday to ensure each child has their needed materials. We hope you will join us for this wonderful event.

Upcoming Classroom Due Dates

Wonder Vocabulary is due on Wednesday. These words went home on Friday of last week.

Fraction Zoo (Math Extra Credit Activity) is due on Friday. Please check your google account on Monday for this. This can just be done on plain white paper. The calculations must be correct in order to receive the points.

Curriculum Corner

This week in math we are continuing to work on fractions. We will begin multiplying fractions by a whole number. Please see the video below.

This week in ELA we are going to continue working on Allusions and hopefully finish this concept. We are also working really hard to finish "Wonder." This is a wonderful novel. Please be sure to discuss it with your child.

In Social Studies this week we are working on "The Lost Colony."

IXL/Accelerated Reader

Please continue to work on IXL/Accelerated Reader. All goals are due at the end of the 9 weeks. Students should be working to take numerous AR tests each week. Please work really hard to accomplish one IXL skill a night. A few short minutes will do wonders on IXL. The IXL skills we will work on this week are listed below:
E4, E5, Q2, Q3, Q8, Q15, R2, R4, R7
