Mustang Minutes

Nurture. Collaborate. Own

Scarborough's Summary

I was so EXCITED to see the parent turn out this week for our Parent Teacher Team nights! Wow! Just the thought of all those parents hearing about their students progress and learning how to help them at home gives me goose bumps of excitement. We will definitely feed them again for our last session in March. If you have any feedback or ideas you feel could be helpful to make these nights even a bigger success, please email them to myself or Kyla. Again, way to go, Mustangs! We are ROCKBRIDGE STRONG!

Custodian Closet

If your classroom has some of the black cove base separating from the wall, please email Pat so that a work order can be created. We can not always find the separations due to furniture that is against the walls, so your help would be greatly appreciated.

Technology Tips

Progress Reports will be sent home on February 5th. As of today you should have a minimum of 3 grades for each subject in your gradebook. It is imperative that you keep your gradebook up to date to ensure truth in grading. Beginning next week gradebooks will be monitored by weekly. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Young Georgia Authors Writing Competition 2016

Student Samples are due to Literacy Coaches by Feb. 5, 2016

Please place the writing samples inside the coaches mailbox with the student and teachers name attached.

The Learning Cohort members will be completing their model lessons next month. As we plan for future model lessons please begin thinking of the needs your grade level may have, and topics you would most want to see modeled.
