Fill Out the 2020 Census (September 30th Deadline)

Alief ISD is working with elected officials and community leaders to encourage all Harris County residents to participate in the 2020 Census.

Census data is used to determine how to distribute millions of dollars in federal funding, grants and support to schools. The Alief community will lose $15,780 per person not counted in federal support. Across the country billions of dollars are set aside for programming that supports our schools such as Early Childhood, Special Education, the National School Lunch program, access to Pell Grants as well as Medicaid, CHIPS, roadway projects and other important programs. Our goal for the 2020 Census is to make sure that everyone is counted.

You may fill out the form online. It only takes a few minutes!

The deadline is Wednesday, September 30.
