Average amount of calories per day
The average teen boy should get around 2,800 to 3,200 calories a day, if they are moderately active. A teen athlete should get around 5,000 calories per day depending on their training. 30 to 60 calories per Kilogram of their body weight.
My calories per day
School lunch as well as dinner i got 1030 calories. I am not eating that healthy and am not meeting my calorie requirements with the average of how many i should get a day. I eat school lunch and then come home and eat dinner then snack sometimes.
Weight and BMR
I am 15 years old and am 120 pounds. The average weight is 150 pounds for a 15 year old males. I am a healthy weight and my BMR is 1524.4. Even though i am not meeting my calorie requirements i am still a healthy weight.
Average weight
The average weight for a 15 year old boy is 155 ponds. I am 120 and so 35 pounds under the average. I don't need to lose weight but i can gain some and it wouldn't be bad. The weight calculator said i was a healthy weight so where i am is fine as of right now.
