Audio books
Tons of audio books are available in hanging book bags for all reading levels PreK-5. Come in and browse. If you are in need of a listening center, CD player or headphones please let me know and I'll hook you up.
Books!!
Did you know we have over 10,000 books and are constantly acquiring more? If you need books send an email, call or send a student to pick it up. I can put together books on any topic for teacher readings or weekly centers. We even have entire classroom sets of reference books to borrow.
Poster Maker
Available for anyone to use. Make up a poster in a Word Document and send it to the library to be printed out.
Teacher Resources
Use Power Library database, Power Kids to help you in the classroom. The Reading School District subscribes to this state run database for teachers and students.

Professional Collection of Books for Observation Modes
If you are assigned to do Action Research or Peer Collaboration stop in and check out our professional collection located behind the circulation desk of the library. Don't go out and buy books, you may be able to find the what you need for your research project or I will help you locate them at a local library. Also, if you have any professional books that you would like to donate to this collection I will gladly take them.
Teacher Magazines
Oldies but goodies! Available to teachers to borrow are older issues of Mail Box and Teacher Helper magazines located on the magazine rack in the library by the laminator. Feel free to stop in and borrow, no need to check them out just return them when you are finished.
2016 Reading Olympics Team
Students in 4th and 5th grade participated in the first Berks County Elementary Reading Olympics and scored 2nd place.
Scholastic Coin Drive Winners
Mrs. Weiss and class earned an ice cream sundae party in the library.
