Secrets of Homemade Pasta with Chef Jeff Urso

Participants will make homemade Pasta using different types of rollers and cutters. Pasta selections will include Fettuccine, a cheese-filled Agnolotti pasta, and cut-out Ravioli. Class time will be limited, so participants won't bake the pasta at The Center. You may take the dough home to bake Saturday evening or freeze for later.
