Tomorrow
1. Please remember that tomorrow (Thursday, October 18) is an eLearning day, which means your children do not come to school.
2. All staff members will be at school working to make this experience as smooth as possible.
3. This is our first attempt and we anticipate there may be some minor glitches. Please be patient as we work through them.
Thank you,
Mr. Chad Moeller

Musical Notes
In anticipation of our Veteran's Day Celebration, Mrs. Pedersen is looking for pictures of your military family members! Photos may be emailed to Mrs. Pedersen (cpedersen@st.louisschool.org) or sent to school with your student to be scanned and returned. Please include relevant information, including their name, branch, years served (if known), and who/how they are related.
If you submitted pictures for last year's presentation, Mrs. Pedersen is carrying them over! You may email and double check that your service person is included if you do not remember for sure. Pictures must be turned in by Friday, November 2 to be included in this year's presentation.

Job well done!
As you all know, this year we have a little girl in kindergarten who is in a wheelchair. While we planned for this for 2 years, you never know how it will really work out. Recently ROD came in to observe and assess how SLS is doing to meet this child's needs. After the observation the ROD lady took Mrs. Farmer in the hall and said, "I have nothing. There is nothing I would change." Basically Amanda and SLS have done so well they could find NOTHING we should change.
Way to go Amanda and to all those who have a hand in this, from kids to teachers to other staff members. Just one more reason why St. Louis feels like home!
Chad Varga visits SLS 6th grade
Thanks to The Coalition for a Drug Free Batesville and Chad Varga for making all this possible for our students!
