The Aswan Dam...

The Aswan dam was built in between the years of, 1960 and 1970, so as you can tell its not that old but yet it's not new. A Physical feature that you could see if you go and visit the Aswan dam is the Nile River. The Aswan Dam is located next to the Nile river in Aswan Egypt. If you might have noticed the dam was named after the town. The Aswan dam was built to help prevent floods, provide water for irrigation and to generate high powered electricity for the city. The Aswan dam does use turbines to power it but the turbines do not pollute the water way's near it in any way. But on the other hand the dam has decreased the amount of fish.

Lake Victoria...

Lake Victoria Is located in Central Africa and it lies along the equator. its latitude and longitude varies depending on were you are. But if you are in the middle of the Lake then your latitude and longitude would be 1 degree south and 33 degrees east. You can fish on Lake Victoria, but there is really only two types of fish in the Lake and they are exotic fish they are called The Nile Perch and The Oreochromis Niloticus. The Oreochromis Niloticus is only native the Lake Victoria. Lake Victoria is also the source of the White Nile River.

Hoover Dam...

The Hoover dam hold back millions of gallons of water. It is also known as the Boulder dam. It is located inbetween Arizona and Nevada. Its lattitude varries on were you are. To get an idea on how big it actually is it is 220 acers. Construction on the Hoover dam started in 1931 and opend in 1936.The construction causted about 49 million dollars. It is 726 feet tall and 1244 feet wide.

Cario is the capital of Egypt. It's lattitude and longitude is 31 degrees north and 30 degrees east.The most current population is 6.76 million people. One of the most known physical features near it is The Nile Delta. The Nile Delta is formed from the northern part of Egypt were the Nile river spreads out and then drains into the Mediterranean Sea.
