Important Times
8:40 am -- Building opens; Students enter the building (breakfast available in the classrooms)
8:44 am -- School day begins
3:40 pm -- End of the school day
4:15 pm -- Office closes
Intersession III
March 27-31
Turrill Intersessions are a way for students to extend the classroom through engaging, exploratory enrichment activities.
Price:
$110.00 for the first child
$100.00 for each additional child
Price with Daycare:
$125.00 for the first child
$115.00 for each additional child
The PTC does offer a limited number of 50% scholarships. Please let us know if you are interested in more information.
Childcare Information:
Childcare is available starting at 6:30am and ending at 6:00pm through Kids & Co. If you are not pre-registered with Kids & Co., there is a $50 registration fee. Transportation is not provided for care before or after intersession hours.

Congratulations to our 5th Grade Spelling Bee Contestants!!
5th Grade Spelling Bee
Runner up - Calvin Thatcher
The Turrill 5th Grade Classroom Spelling Bees were held on Friday, February 10 to identify the students that then participated in the Turrill School Spelling Bee which was held on Friday, February 28.
The winner of the Turrill School Spelling Bee was Piper Austin, from Mrs. Hoganson's class. Congratulations, Piper! Piper won a one year on-line subscription to Enclyclopedia Brittanica.
Piper will represent Turrill in the County Spelling Bee to be held on Tuesday, March 21, 6:30 p.m. at the Lapeer County Ed-Tech Center, 690 Lake Pleasant Rd. Our runner-up and alternate representative is Calvin Thatcher from Mrs. Decker's 5th grade classroom.
Our school Spelling Bee Contestants were:
- From Mrs. Decker's Class: Autumn McClusky, Spencer Guzek, Noah Rosario, Audrey Stroud, Calvin Thatcher, Kya Suckow
- From Mrs. Short's Class: Robert Caron, Clayton Conger, Jaden Cook, Sage Putnik, Isaiah Stephens
- From Mrs. Hoganson's Class: Piper Austin, Alexa Geanias-Varner, Jasmine Merritt, Evan Sankiewicz, Jessyka Wood
