Section 002, Wednesday, 10:10am-11:50am
Self Defense
Section 003, Monday, 1:25pm-3:05pm
Our 1-credit PE courses focus on:
Developing and expanding student’s physical competencies and confidence to participate in a specific physical activity.
Creating awareness for rules, etiquette, and strategies related to the specific physical activity.
Exploring strategies, engagement opportunities, outlets to enjoy a lifetime of healthful physical activity.
Building confidence through the cognitive and emotional domains in order to not only know how to be physically active but why.
Developing physically literate individuals.
