USD #416 Continuous Learning-Week 8
May 18-May 21: FINAL EDITION
Dear Wildcat Family,
We have made it through another school year! Yes, this year has been unique to say the least! It has taught all of us to not take life for granted. I am proud of what our students, teachers and families have accomplished this past 4th Quarter. I know our students missed out on many wonderful and exciting opportunities this past 9 weeks. I wish we would have been in school so every student could have experienced all the exciting things a typical day brings to each Louisburg Wildcat. It is my sincere hope that we begin the 2020-2021 school year as normal as possible. At this time, it appears that the state hopes for the same. No one knows what the next few months will bring. No one knows what the next year will bring. I do know, even with the uncertainties, our students, staff and community will be ready to support each other and get through what comes our way. As we receive updated guidance and support from The Kansas State Department of Education and The Miami County Health Department, we will begin to formulate our plan for next school year. Thank you for your continued commitment to our school district and community. We wish each of our Louisburg Wildcats and enjoyable, relaxing and fun summer!
Wildcat Ready,
Dr. Brian R. Biermann
Superintendent of Schools
Thank you WILDCATS!
Dear USD #416 Families:
As the 2019-2020 school year comes to a close we want to thank you for the patience and understanding you have displayed over the past eight weeks. To the parents and caregivers, thank you for supporting our staff and working with your students day in and day out to provide learning opportunities that were unheard of just a couple of months ago. To our staff, thank you for stepping up to the challenge and providing rigorous and relevant lesson plans and communicating with your students from the beginning of this new learning platform all the way through to the end. To our students that put in the time, effort and energy to make this learning platform successful, thank you, we miss you and we cannot wait to see you in August. We are WILDCAT PROUD!
Wildcat Proud,
Dave Tappan, Ed.S.
