On the quad area facing the Stage (outside the old Hall / Totara 1&2)
There will be some chairs/bench seats, but please bring your own chairs or picnic blanket if you can. Bring some money for raffle tickets too - there are some great prizes to win!

Food will be on sale from 5.00pm (and stopping by 6pm so don't be late!)

If it rains...
The weather forecast is improving, so we are hoping there will be no rain... If the weather isn't ok, we will make the decision to postpone as late as possible.
SOMAD Costumes
Performers should all know what to wear, but just in case the pre-show nerves have made them forget:
Rimu:
Cowboys and cowgirls, denim, plaid, white Ts, more denim! (Cowboy hats welcome if you have them but not essential.)
Totara:
Totara 1. Black pants with brown, orange or black top
Totara 2: Black pants with blue or white tops
Totara 3: Black pants with yellow or brown tops
Totara 4: Hawaiian or black tops with shorts OR pretty dresses
Kowhai:
Black bottoms, white tops
Kauri:
Plain black (black pants/tights, plain black Tshirt)
Touch Finals tonight!
Good luck to our two intermediate teams for their final tonight - it's a Puke v Puke final!
Congratulations to all the teams who played.
Huge thanks to all our parent Coaches and Subbers and supporters. Special thanks to Shane Gray and Toni Maxwell for organising another great term of Touch.
If you have a borrowed Tshirt please bring it back to school (washed and ready for the next person) to get your $40 bond back.
Tough Kids
Run by Sport Taranaki, this event has students from all over Taranaki competing in a giant obstacle course as individuals and teams.
Inventionator
Designed for students, iNVENTIONATOR is a two day workshop for gifted learners who want to PLAY. THINK. DESIGN. innovative solutions to real-life problems that matter.
iNVENTIONATOR provides a platform to unleash young minds. Six online resources lead up to a two-day event, where teams present their ideas or solutions to whānau at the wider community event.
We were delighted to have a group attending iNVENTIONATOR this week. Here are some photos of them in action.

The 12 Days of Christmas...
The 12 Days Of Christmas
On the first day of Christmas, my Grandad gave to me, a bucket of KFC.
On the second day of Christmas, my cousin gave to me, two packs of chips and a bucket of KFC.
... (We have skipped some of the verses for space, but sing along - we are sure you know the tune!)
On the twelfth day of Christmas, everyone gave to me, twelve bowls of chop-suey. Eleven broken pencils from Warehouse stationery, ten-dollar Cheesy Weezy’s and a bottle of Pepsi, nine shapes from their pantry, eight high fives while eating a hangi, seven bags of lollies, six books, even though I can’t read, Five burger rings. Four energy drinks, three cups of water, two packs of chips and a bucket of KFC.
