MILTON YOGA STUDIO, BRISBANE - The Yoga Bootcamp is back in action for Spring and EKKA season, over three weeks. What does that mean? That means Fresh Springtime Yoga with an ABs focus over three weeks! You can attend the 5.45 am sessions Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs - up to 12 sessions!

Plus Your Group Signon Session for familiarisation, range of movement, rundown of poses. Signons are Monday 12 Aug at 6 pm, Sunday 18 Aug at 5 pm, Monday 19 Aug at 6 pm for a Tuesday start, or contact us for alternative times :)

Yoga Bootcamp Timeslot: 5.45 am until 6.45 am.
