What is Cape Day?

Cape Day is an annual tradition that honors and celebrates the superhero patients battling illnesses and injuries at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. While our young patients at Children’s Healthcare may battle near impossible obstacles on a daily basis, we want to empower them to be brave, be bold, and be fearless. Wearing a cape gives them the power to envision their dreams and helps them feel like the superheroes they are. Please join us as we celebrate all of our superhero patients by wearing a cape on Cape Day, October 15, 2020.

What is Suwanee Elementary doing?

Suwanee Elementary will be encouraging all students and staff to wear a cape on October 15th. Any cape will work. Check your dress up costumes or even a pillow case safety pinned at the shoulders will make a great cape!
