REMINDER: No School on Monday, May 31

Big picture
This morning, Mr. Close led us in a meaningful morning assembly, highlighting the sacrifices of our service women and men. While Mr. Close encouraged us to enjoy our long weekend, he reminded us to be grateful for the freedoms afforded to us, thanks to those who have given selflessly. He shared with us the Oath of Enlistment as a solemn and beautiful reminder of those who gave all.

Oath of Enlistment

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

Claussen's Flower Pick Up

This year's order was over SIX TIMES BIGGER than the last one! That is amazing and we couldn't be more excited and grateful. An overnight frost alert for our area prompted a flower-saving response! Thank you for your flexibility yesterday at pick-up, allowing us to get families' orders in cars. We have a few orders remaining - please grab your order today.

Thank you for supporting our PTO!

Step-Up Day

Students in Kindergarten through Grade 7 "stepped up" into their next year's classroom this morning to meet their new teacher and find out a little more about what the next grade will bring. Today, we will send families an email that includes pictures from this morning and the links embedded below. PK3, PK4, and and K will hold their Step-Up Day in June and the K informational video will be available next week.

Business Office Memo - From Mrs. Marcoux

Tuition accounts have been updated for the 2021-2022 school year in FACTS and families should have received an invoice from BJAMS. Please check your email for a notice from FACTS confirming your payment schedule and banking information. New families and families who did not have an automatic payment plan will receive an "online payment plan invite." Check your SPAM folder if you don't see the email. It is important to follow the instructions and get your payment plan set up right away to complete the enrollment process. Remember to use a bank routing number instead of a 16 digit card to avoid the 2.5% service charge. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Mrs. Marcoux
