Degree Continuation & Completion Plans
Health Programs FLEX Classes are Coming!
The Health Programs division will be the first at the College to transition to the new intracourse delivery model we currently call FLEX. This model affords students an unprecedented opportunity for flexibility in degree completion. Students may choose, on a week by week basis, whether to participate in class as a face-to-face learner or online as a virtual learner.
The course schedule for the 2015-16 Academic Year will publish on April 13th. As part of our transition to FLEX, new course codes are being used. See the following list of these new codes.
HM = FLEX Monday night class
HT = FLEX Tuesday night class
HW = FLEX Wednesday night class
HR = FLEX Thursday night class
Degree Continuation & Degree Completion Plans
This strategy was effective by helping students see the "big picture" in terms of when degree completion would occur and specifically what courses needed to be completed and in exactly which order.
We are excited to repeat this process for the 2015-16 academic year. In fact, many of you have already reached out and asked when this planning can begin. How exciting!
April Covington and Holly Tillery are dedicated Health Programs Academic Advisors. Please be sure to contact your assigned advisor in order to discuss your plan.
