February 2022

Principals' Page

February is here! The Super Bowl, the Winter Olympics, Valentine's Day and so far, lots and lots of SNOW! We are looking forward to our next round of conferences on February 23rd and our Winter Formal on the 18th. Please see below for more details.

We ask that you have conversations with your students about the importance of keeping up with their classwork and asking for help when they need it. Please be sure to check Power School regularly so that you are up to date on your students' progress.

Behavior expectations are still in place and students are still held accountable for their choices while they are with us each day. Please have a conversation with your student about making choices that allow them to be successful.

Stay warm and Happy Valentine's Day!

STUDENT DROP OFF & PICK UP

If your student is a car rider, please read the following important information about drop off & pick up:

  • drop off & pick up only on the elementary side of the building (yellow awning)
  • students may only cross the parking lot using the crosswalks; this is for the safety of your student so please remind them of this rule
  • follow the clockwise traffic direction around campus no matter what entrance you use; counterclockwise traffic causes backups and is a risk to student safety
  • remind your student to follow all directions of staff supervising drop off & pick up

We ask that you remember that our building staff is outside during these times to ensure the safety of your students. Please be patient and extend to them kindness & respect.
