STAAR Tutorials
On Friday, March 10, TITLE I STAAR Review Packets were sent home with students who ordered them.
Moore is offering after school tutorials and Saturday School opportunities to select students in need of accelerated instruction. According to Texas House Bill 4545, students who did not meet expectations on a STAAR test must complete 30 additional hours of instruction. To provide this support Moore MST is offering additional tutorials, and your child’s teacher may recommend that they attend. Please stand by for an invitation letter and/or a phone call from your child's teacher.
Tutorials will be staffed by Moore faculty who will utilize innovative and engaging strategies to help students close achievement gaps. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to further prepare your child for the upcoming STAAR test.
