Wildcat Life: Back to School Night 2022
Message from the Principal
Dear Woodside HS Community:
Attention Seniors: Class of 2023
With college application deadlines approaching, we want to make you aware of a new offering around college essay writing. Woodside High School is partnering with ObiCoach to provide high quality personalized essay coaching workshops.
The Woodside ObiCoach Flex Essay Workshop will provide help in choosing topics, and in crafting outstanding essays for your UC and Common App and other college applications. Our next workshop kicks off on Monday, September 12th with an in-person session from 9am to noon. Participants will be guided through a proven approach to essay writing and will each be appointed a personal essay coach that will review and provide feedback on the students ideas and drafts. Thanks to the generous support of the Woodside High School Foundation, and this new program initiated by the Fund-a-Need for elevating College and Career Readiness, you will receive this personal coaching completely free of charge.
Developing strong essays are, at this stage, your best opportunity to maximize your college options for next spring. You can learn more and sign up here at ObiCoach.com. Spots are limited so sign up today. Seniors in AVID will receive the workshop in class. We look forward to helping you along as you begin your college journey.
