How To Make Mouth Watering Pancakes

The pancakes were first introduced to this world by ancient Greeks in the 1400s. This very recipe you are looking at is extremely simple. If you succeed in cooking it you are going to have to marry it. It is also excellent for your health too, the aim of this recipe is to make the world's best pancakes ever!
Ingredients/equipment:
-250g Self raising flour
-1 Egg (or 1 teaspoon egg replacer)
-375ml butter milk
-250ml Maple syrup
-200g frozen mixed berries (and extra berries to serve)
-1 Vanilla bean (split)
-6 Vanilla seeds
-Large non-stick saucepan
-Small non-stick saucepan
-Large bowl
-Serving plates
-Sharp knife (small)
-Foil (60 by 60 center meter)

Meanwhile, melt half the butter in a large non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Spoon 60ml of pancake mixture into the saucepan and sprinkle with mixed berries on top. Cook for 1 minute or until bubbles start to appear on the surface and golden underneath. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil. Repeat the same with the remaining batter and mixed berries.
