How To Make Mouth Watering Pancakes


The pancakes were first introduced to this world by ancient Greeks in the 1400s. This very recipe you are looking at is extremely simple. -250g Self raising flour

-1 Egg (or 1 teaspoon egg replacer)

-375ml butter milk

-250ml Maple syrup

-200g frozen mixed berries (and extra berries to serve)

-1 Vanilla bean (split)

-6 Vanilla seeds

-Large non-stick saucepan

-Small non-stick saucepan

-Large bowl

-Serving plates

-Sharp knife (small)

-Foil (60 by 60 center meter)

step one: pancake mixture

Place the flour in a large bowl and make a well in the center (a well is an empty space in the center of a material). Add the egg, (or 1 teaspoon of egg replacer) butter milk and stir until well mixed. Set for 30 minutes to rest.

step two:

Meanwhile, melt half the butter in a large non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Spoon 60ml of pancake mixture into the saucepan and sprinkle with mixed berries on top. Cook for 1 minute or until bubbles start to appear on the surface and golden underneath. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil. Repeat the same with the remaining batter and mixed berries.

step three:

Pour 250ml of maple syrup in a small saucepan. Use a small sharp knife to scrape the vanilla seeds into the maple syrup and add the vanilla bean. Place over low heat and cook, stirring for two minutes. Place the pancakes on serving plates and top with extra mixed berries. Drizzle with maple syrup serve immediately.
On the table, when finished you will be looking at pancakes on serving plates. Gold-ish brown with maple syrup and mixed berries for dressing. Hot and warm, enjoy your breakfast!
