All Graduates are required to "REGISTER" online with SoCal Recognition, Inc.

STEP #2
Seniors and Senior Families will receive an email confirming their registration information and can go back online to https://www.socalrecognition.com/ to complete their order for all Graduation Products including Caps & Gowns. (The Keeper Cap & Gown package includes a tassel.)

SPECIAL NOTE
All Graduation Products (except for Cap & Gown Unit) are manufactured, packaged, and drop-shipped directly to the student's home address. To confirm, Caps & Gowns will be delivered ON CAMPUS prior to the Graduation Commencement at a traditional distribution event unless your school has specifically requested to have Caps & Gowns drop-shipped directly home to your students. Please contact SoCal Recognition, Inc. if you have any questions or concerns.

Class of 2021, there are important deadlines coming up for the yearbook!



This is a special reminder for parents of Great Oak seniors. The final deadline for submitting your child's senior yearbook recognition ad is coming up very soon, this Thursday, January 21st. This school year and the yearbook might look different this year but there definitely WILL be a yearbook so make sure your graduate is featured in it by placing a senior send-off... there's no better way to tell your son/daughter how proud you are than with YOUR photos and using your own words! Start your Dollars for Scholars application process today! You can't apply for scholarships until January, but you can start working on your portal now. Click here to watch a video from the TFDS President explaining the application process.


Please add Mrs. McGreevy, GOHS Counseling Secretary, as the School Official (mmcgreevy@tvusd.us). She will be uploading transcripts for Dollars for Scholars ONLY.

All other transcript requests need to go to Mrs. Wetteland, Registrar.

C/O 2021 COMMUNITY SERVICE UPDATE

Per the 10/6/20 school board meeting, the community service requirement has been suspended for the Class of 2021. Although not needed to graduate, seniors can still submit hours completed by emailing Mrs. McGreevy (mmcgreevy@tvusd.us). Remember - colleges might ask about community service, and some scholarships are awarded on community service so it is good to turn in all hours completed.
