Sir Timothy John Berners-Lee is a computer scientist born on the 8th of June 1955 in London, England. He is most famous for inventing the world wide web. In 2004 he was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II for his work, he was also honoured as 'The Inventor of the Internet' at the London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony.
Steven Paul Jobs is the co-founder, chairman and CEO of Apple inc. He was born on the 24th of February 1955 in San Francisco, California, and died on the 5th of October 2011 (aged 56) in Palo Alto, California - due to Metastatic Insulinoma. He started of the Apple corporation with colleagues Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne.
William Henry Gates was born on the 28th of October 1955 in Seattle, Washington. He is most famous for the the co-founder and chairman of Microsoft. He also gives lots of his money to charity. Him and his wife started Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in 1994 and it is now the largest transparentley operated charitable foundation in the world. Together they have given over $28 billion to charity and are the second most generous philanthropists in America.
Mark Elliot Zuckerberg was born on the 14th of May 1984 in White Plains, New York. He is a 28 year old American computer programmer and internet entrepreneur. He is most famous for being one of the five co-founder of the social networking site, Facebook. He is also the chairman and chief executive of Facebook inc. Mark Zuckerberg is the worlds second youngest self made billionaires.
Charles was an English philosopher, mathematician, mechanical engineer and inventor born on the 26th of December 1791 in London, England. Known as 'Father of the computer' he is credited for inventing the first mechanical computer which also lead to more complex designs. Some of his work is featured in the London Science Museum. He died aged 79 on the 18th of October 1871 Marylebone, London.

Sir Jonathan Paul Ive is an English designer who specialises as the Senior Vice President of Industrial design for Apple Inc. He was born in Chingford, London on the 27th of February 1967 (aged 45). One of his most recognised designs is the fifth generation iPod classic. He has recieved a number of his awards for his designs.
