Happy belated HEART Day!

I hope the long weekend treated everyone well, don't forget to find ways to jumpstart your heart this month to maintain a strong heart. Again, if you would like to have a day after school where you want to get together to walk, run, jog please let me know! I haven't heard from anyone completing their 100 miles yet so keep up the great work and continue logging in those miles. Please let me know if you have reached 100 miles!
