Description

What you’ll do:


  • Provide high-quality and compassionate responses and solutions to our customer inquiries
  • Reduce and maintain first response times with our customers
  • Learn and master our product and process to troubleshoot customer inquiries
  • Contribute suggestions to accelerate the customer support processes
Requirements
  • 1+ year in a customer-facing role
  • Comfortable working remotely with cross-cultural teams
  • Experience using support-solutions platform preferably Helpscout- preferred
  • 1+ year in a hi-tech company- preferred
  • Superb writing skills
  • Ability to explain issues to users and across the company
  • Active listener with great decision-making skills
  • Problem solver who is an out of the box thinker
  • Team player with a positive attitude
