When teens are dealing with their family members having cancer they can feel many different effects such as:
- depression
- anxiety
- anger
- stress
- unsettled feelings
- family arguments
- role changes
Some ways to help deal with these feelings is to:
- go to family and individual counseling
- communicate openly
- take part in activities to relieve stress
- ask for help
- try to prioritize more
