Whoever receives one child such as this in my name, receives me; and whoever receives me, receives not me but the One who sent me.
Are you ready and willing to reach out to those in need among you. Who are they? What is their need? Do you seek them out and offer love and support? Doing this is what will make you truly great in the eyes of God.
Lord, may I seek you in the poor, the brokenhearted, the sinner and all those in need. Please fill my heart with compassion and concern for others. Jesus, I trust in You.

First Parish School Mass
Our first school-sponsored Mass at the Parish Church for the school year is at 10:30 a.m. this Sunday, September 30th. Sponsored by the eighth grade classes, our students will be in-charge of the readings, altar serving, offertory, and the singing. We would like all our families to join us in this parish /school celebration.
Recognizing that a good number of our families are parishioners of other parishes, we ask for our school community to attend the 10:30 a.m. Mass every first Sunday of the month (thereafter) during the school year at Our Lady of Mercy Church. This is our opportunity to come together as a parish /school community.
After the Mass, we invite you to join us for a brief fellowship /gathering at the school. We hope that you are able to come this Sunday and every first Sunday of the school year. Thank you very much!
