Dreaming as a little girl
Taylor Alison Swift was born on December 13, 1989, in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Taylor Alison Swift always wanted to be a singer in her life. She spent her early years in her family’s Christmas tree farm.
Her grandmother was a professional opera singer and Taylor soon followed her foot steps. She sang the “The Star-Spangled Banner” at a Philadelphia 76ers game at the age of 11 and started learning the guitar at the age of 12.
Becoming a star
As she grew up a stellar performance at The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville helped Taylor Swift get a contract with Scott Brochette Big Machine Records. So then she released her first single “Tim Mcgraw” in 2006. It became a Top 10 hit on the country charts.
