Your student should have received a course scheduling packet in their English classes. This included:

  • Homelink Instructions to log course requests

We have several events planned to help you and your student make informed decisions and plan for the upcoming school year.


AP Info Night for 2019-2020 School Year

Tuesday, Feb. 5th, 7pm

425 Castle Rock Road

Walnut Creek, CA

AP Teachers and Counselors will present AP options for the coming school year and be available to answer questions for families of 9-11th graders who are interested in AP courses.

This event will take place in the Little Theatre

Course Scheduling Info Night - Current 9-11th graders

Monday, Feb. 11th, 5:30pm

Walnut Creek, CA

We have redesigned this evening for families to make appointments with counselors and administrators to go over course schedules, meet with departments and discuss course offerings, and see teachers to discuss their course recommendations and hear about new offerings.

Visits should be planned as follows:

  • 5:30-6:30 Current 9th Graders
  • 6:30-7:30 Current 10th Graders
  • 7:30-8:30 Current 11th Graders

If you would like to meet with a counselor or administrator for this event, click on the appropriate link to sign up for and appointment.

Appointments are available after this date as well. Contact your counselor for more information.

Course Information Fair

Town Hall Meeting- Facilities Master Plan

Join us for the first Town Hall Meeting, open to all families, to hear about our facilities master plan.

With the passing of Measure J, the district is preparing in collaboration with the sites, building and infrastructure improvements to benefit all students.
