Approximately 70% of smokers want to quit completely.

Carbon Monoxide: Odorless, tasteless, & POISONOUS GAS, rapidly fatal in large amounts, the same gas that comes out of car exhausts, it is the main gas in cigarette smoke.

Get Physical: Be active may help you get distracted from wanting to smoke.

Practice Relaxation Techniques: Maybe having a stress ball or doing something with your hands.

Remind yourself of the Benefits: Reminding yourself your doing this to benefit you and your loved ones could help with the daily struggles of wanting to smoke.
