Deception
by Mariska Goswami
All of the fear and worry
All of the guilt and fault
You push it on yourself
You are twisted and turned
Tricked, played
Decieved
With sly, sordid thinking
And rich, thick words
Full of lies
You are told one thing
The truth is another
It is a bluff you are given
That you somehow believe
And in those last moments
You realize
That the true villain
Besides being evil
Is also a master of deception.
