PSAT
Many students take the PSAT, not only as preparation for the SAT taken in Junior year and widely used as a major benchmark for college admissions, but also to qualify for the National Merit Scholarship.
The test helps students to improve the skills they already have and make progress in the areas that they struggle in. The PSAT helps determine which aspects need more practice, and which are perfectly fine. Why practice reading four times a week and science two, if the area that needs more studying is math?Students can take a practice test online to prepare.
