Thank you to everyone who attended our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Back-to-School Night! It was so great to see all of you!


This is a quick update about the first day of school! We are so excited to welcome your students!

Drop Off and Pick Up Traffic Flow

The Padilla staff have spent a good deal of time planning for student drop off and pick up. These times of the day are always some of the most stressful for parents and staff members. While we have a plan, we know we will need to make adjustments. We appreciate your patience and grace as we work to understand the traffic flow at our new school. Please take a look at the plan linked below!

When you arrive tomorrow, please meet your child's teacher in the designated location on the front lawn. Teachers will be outside in their designated areas with signs to help you find them. They will be outside starting at 7:35 AM. You can find those locations linked below!


At 7:55 AM we will welcome students into the building through our front doors and teachers will walk students to their classrooms. To help facilitate an easier transition, we ask that you please do not enter the building with your child.


Starting on Thursday, all students will enter the building through the front doors and go immediately to their classrooms or the cafeteria to pick up breakfast.

Dismissal Times and Locations

Dismissal Times and Locations

Starting on the first day of school, all classes will be dismissed through their designated exits at staggered times.


Kindergarten will exit the building through the west exit by the black fence at 3:25 PM. Please meet your child's teacher on the lawn near the preschool playground. Kinder students who ride the bus will be escorted to the buses through the building by a staff member. Kinder students who will be in after school care will be picked up by a staff member and escorted to the cafeteria.


1st and 2nd Grade will exit the building through the main doors at 3:30 PM.


3rd Grade will exit the building through the east exit by the bus lane at 3:30 PM.


4th and 5th Grade will exit the building through the east exit by the bus lane at 3:25 PM.


Students who ride the bus will go directly to the buses after exiting the building where staff will help them find the right bus.


Students who are part of after school care will go to the cafeteria for care.
