Stop Before You Start
Smoking may seem nice at first, but what about in the long run?
In the beginning smoking may look good, but as soon as you start it is affecting your body.
Smoking will cause your heart rate to slow, damage to your mouth and possibly even your damage your DNA from the heat, bad breathe, throat irritation, and your lungs will start to have tar build up. This all happens right a way.
Later it isn't so nice. A few long term side affects of smoking are:
- Bad breathe
- Yellow teeth
- Gum disease
- Lung disease
- Asthma attacks
- Bladder Cancer
- Liver Cancer
- Esophagus Cancer
Don't risk your life for a few moments of youth.
