Impact on Today

Amerigo Vespucci had a very big impact on today. In fact he is what America is named after. He also links to today because he led a series of expeditions to the Americas helping find what is now North America, and South America. The last big impact he had on the world is that he proved that the Americas were not Asia and that links to today because if it wasn't known that the America's was a new continent then there would be major trouble in the future trying to trade with Asia going west.
