AIP

Against Illegal Poaching

What is poaching?

Poaching means the same thing as hunting/killing except poaching is illegal. Poaching is an issue because it can cause an animal or even a whole species to go extinct.

Does poaching happen in the United States?

Poaching happens all the time in the United States from black bears in Texas to shark fins in the Pacific Ocean. The U.S. is the second largest importer of illegal wildlife and poachers and not many people know or care about it. Poaching isn't taken as seriously in the United States as it is in the wild jungles in Africa and Australia. Humans have been the reason for the extinction of many amazing and innocent animals.

A cure for poaching is here... AIP! (Against Illegal Poaching)

What kind of people will the AIP help?

The AIP will help the government by taking care of the poaching problem. The AIP will also help the police catch the poachers. Customers of illegal poachers that are unaware of poaching will understand the importance of banning poaching. AIP will help the poor and innocent animals that are getting poached each and every day for their valuable items.

What does the federal government have to do for this act?

The government won't have to do many things, but still have a few responsibilities. In order for the government to solve this problem they need to make more preserves, make jobs where rangers watch over animals in poaching areas, and each national preserve, parks, and hunting grounds need a 24/7 video feed to capture the poachers. Also make sure the meat products at grocery stores are not from illegal hunting. Poachers can't earn money without customers, and when costumers don't buy poached products, poachers can't earn money, and most poachers won't have any reason to keep on poaching. Some other actions the federal government can do is tell the people who witness poaching to tell the authorities.

Where in the U.S. will AIP apply to?

Poaching happens everywhere in the U.S. and even the world! The United States is the second largest importer of illegal wildlife and poachers. Poaching is getting out of control and needs to be stopped immediately. AIP is the solution.

Why do we need AIP?

AIP is an very important step to stop people from poaching innocent and harmless animals. Poaching increases animal extinction. With AIP, poaching won't be a problem for animal extinction.

AIP will give effort until poaching stops and the animals that are endangered are back in a healthy population again. AIP estimates that the efforts that are contributed in the program will stop poaching in 3 years maximum. AIP will not stop until poaching is not an issue all around the United States.
