Congrats to all our MS teams. Wade and Sydney entered divisional finals ranked 7th and finished as 5th.
The team of Vincent, Ryan, and Bradley finished 35th. While Damon, Markus, and Max finished in 61st.
They went up against the best of the best and all of them held their own.
Summit School elementary teams have arrived in Texas. #GirlPower is hard at work. They enjoyed the opening ceremonies, setup their pit area, got their robot inspected, practiced and ran some individual skills test.
Watch at VEXWorlds.TV our teams are in the Design and Research Divisions.

Camp Invention Spots are Almost Full!
In partnership with the National Inventors Hall of Fame® (NIHF), Summit School is pleased to offer the nationally acclaimed Camp Invention® program to children entering K through 6th grade. This exciting, weeklong summer adventure provides opportunities for open-ended, hands-on exploration of science, technology, engineering and more! Rotating through a variety of exciting activities each day, children have fun collaborating with friends, thinking creatively and inventing their own solutions to real-world challenges.
The week begins on June 27, 2022. The all-new 2022 Explore program will thrill both new and returning campers with an expedition full of far-reaching explorations, fascinating discoveries and exhilarating “a-ha” moments!
During this dynamic, high-energy program, young innovators will:
• Dive into cutting-edge ocean research as they adopt their own robotic fish, design and
patent aquatic plants, and take their fish friend home in a mini tank.
• Discover real space exploration technology when they create Spacepacks and AstroArm devices, mine an asteroid and observe erupting ice volcanoes.
• Combine science and art to build their own robotic artist, engage in design thinking,
make spin art and learn how inventions can change the way people create.
• Experiment with the fun of physics, engineering and gaming as they design, build and
test their own mega marble arcades.
Early registration discounts available! Register using SUM15 by May 18 to save $15 off the $255 registration fee.
Availability is limited, so visit Camp Invention at Summit or call 800-968-4332 to secure your child’s spot today!
Thank you
On behalf of Summit School and the Board of Trustees, we would like to give you a big thank you for supporting Summit's Casino Royale Gala & Auction.
This past weekend demonstrated how strong the Summit community is. I am filled with gratitude with the generosity that was bestowed upon Summit School and truly appreciative of all of the volunteers, faculty and staff that helped to make this event a success. We are still finalizing figures but can share Summit families gave at record breaking levels this year. A BIG thank you, Summit Community!
This past week, our daughter, Phia presented her R.O.P.E.S. project, where we were reminded of why we chose Summit as our school of choice when she was in kindergarten. R.O.P.E.S. required her to step out of her comfort zone to learn a new subject matter, research the subject matter, find a mentor, become proficient in it and present her capstone to the school while managing school and extracurriculares. Her growth was astonishing. In a few weeks, we will have a Sabercat alumni in our house and we want to thank all of you and the community for creating an amazing environment to learn, explore and grow in.
Thank you again for helping to create an amazing community and giving your support to Summit School. As a family, we are excited to see the forthcoming enhancements at Summit, hear about the new learning opportunities in middle school and look forward to visiting.
With a grateful heart,
Nancy Fisher
