Changes happening in reports
Users will likely notice some small changes to many of the reports in SD-STARS. The changes are mainly cosmetic. In order to make the reports more user friendly, the SD-STARS team made the reports look and act the same where possible. This includes enhancements such as: standardizing the font type, size, and color; adding a light gray color to every other row in the student -level reports; freezing some rows and columns so it’s easier to scroll through long reports; and adjusting the csv export.
Currently, seven reports are completed:
- EN.001.00-X – Enrollment Demographics
- EN.002.00-A – Student Enrollment List
- EN.007.00-A – Fall Enrollment Census Count - Student List
- EN.007.00-X – Fall Enrollment Census Count - Aggregate
- AT.001.00-X – Attendance Demographics
- AT.002.00-A – Student Attendance List.
More reports will continue to be released and report DIGs will be updated as well.
The Data Interpretation Guides (DIGs) that accompany the reports are still accurate. The SD-STARS tTeam will work on updating the screenshots and other small changes to the DIGs in the near future.
Please contact the SD-STARS team at STARSHelp@state.sd.us if you have any questions or concerns.
