Have A Great Weekend!
Happy Friday Everyone!
I hope you have had a wonderful week! Looks like great weather for the weekend so hopefully we will continue to be able to enjoy the outdoors a little bit longer!
We are in the process of finalizing this years Halloween events. The district has decided on the guidance for all schools regarding safety protocols for Halloween. We are looking at having students wear costumes as well as a parade that will be in the morning this year. Also activities for students in the classroom. I am excited that the students will be able to have fun this year!! More information to follow in the very near future.
SHIELD testing has been going extremely smooth for us. We completed our second week of testing and averaged about 10 minutes per grade level. Please remember that if you decide to opt your child into the testing, it will take a few cycles of testing before we receive the information needed from SHIELD to begin testing your child. If you have any questions please email me or call the main office.
October will be a busy month with PTA events for families to enjoy! Please read the rest of the newsletter for information on events coming up. If you have any time to volunteer to help with a PTA event, please let me know.
Wishing everyone a wonderful and safe weekend!
Warm Regards,
Dr. Morris

The 2021–2022 Reflections theme is "I Will Change the World By…" See our website for more information.
We have lots of activities that are in the works for October. Please reach out if you would like to help with any of them. The Walk to School event and the Donuts with Grownups committee are both looking for a couple more volunteers to help them with their events before school.
