If you would share this information with your staff so they may provide a digital photo, via email tomemerick@pasco.k12.fl.us, we would like to add them to the slideshow and honor their service to our country. PBIS Focus Area – Quarter 2 Own Your Education
It’s official – the first quarter is already behind us! It is time to start looking towards our next focus area –
Own Your Education!
For reliable and predictable ways to distribute Coyote Cash, identify 1-2 behaviors that you will be looking for over a set period of time. Review these behaviors with your students and reward them accordingly. For example, reward any student who is ready to work when the bell rings over the next two weeks. Ready to work means being in your seat with your materials out.
Can’t think of any ways to reward the students? Reach out to a PBIS Committee Member (Justine Hoch, Angel Ramos or Garrett Gibson) for help!
Students can own their education in so many ways! Visit Padlet to share ideas and contribute to the conversation!https://padlet.com/jhoch2/scmv2i3w2q7m

Assessment Information
PERT Testing - Seniors/Juniors
PSAT/NMSQT Testing - Wed 10/30
All sophomores (and any freshman or junior who registers) will participate in the PSAT-National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test on Wednesday, 10/30. This is an extremely important exam for our students as it provides access to the National Merit Scholarship program and many other scholarship opportunities. In addition, the PSAT serves as a concordant score to the Algebra 1 EOC for any student that did not pass the FSA Algebra 1 EOC in the spring. Please encourage all of our Coyote testers to prepare and do their very best!
Freshmen or juniors that want to register should see Mrs. Larimore or Mr. Copeland in the Media Center. Cost is $23 ($5 for students who qualify for free-reduced lunch). Seniors do not participate in the PSAT.
SAT School Day - March 25th, 2020 - Free to ALL Juniors!!!
