Daisha's Accesible Acres
Daisha’s Accessible Acres is a farm for people of all abilities. Our vision to open Daisha’s Accessible Acres was created when Daisha realized everyone should have an opportunity to experience farm life and interact with animals no matter what their abilities are. We strive to make every visit to our farm an enjoyable experience filled with amazing animals, learning opportunities and great memories. The farm animals are carefully selected based on their compassion and the opportunities they can provide for all in the experience. We strive to offer educational opportunities to everyone who visits. We currently have three school programs that bring students out to the farm during the week. They are able to explore and experience farm life and have the opportunity to feed and assist with the care for our animals and tend to plants in the garden. We are grateful that these programs are helping these students learn real world skills by engaging in farm chores, and animal care. It shows us that our goal of a farm for everyone is needed here in Elbert County. We are grateful for all the support we have received from our community and know what we are doing is meaningful and is making a difference in the lives of those that visit. As a non-profit it is important for us to give back to our community as much as they have given to us, we currently do not charge anyone who visits for materials or our time rather we fund them from donations from generous donors like you that believe in our mission of Farmability. If you would like to make a donation towards one of our programs, please visit the sponsor an animal page or reach out to us. If you sponsor a program for one year we will send you a DAA shirt and 2 koozies as a thank you as well as recognize you as a 2021 sponsor at all of our events this next year. All donations are tax deductible as we are a 501(c)3 non profit. Thank you for your continued support of DAA’s mission of a farm for everyone and continuing in our goal of practicing farmability.
Family Promise of Greater Denver
Families arrive at Family Promise in crisis. FPGD aims to form relationships with each family by providing a spectrum of supportive services as they obtain stability. Our programs offer different interventions, based off each family’s housing needs.
We focus on stable housing, employment and savings. By combining these three pillars of long - term stability with supportive programs such as rental assistance, extended case management, community mentors and other supports, we aim to end homelessness, one family at a time.
Intercanbio
We ignite human potential by cultivating a world where people from different cultural backgrounds
connect, communicate and engage.
We provide English language education, resources and training that create meaningful connections, build cultural awareness and inspire confidence.

Nuestra misión: Nos esforzamos por construir fuertes lazos comunitarios, brindar apoyo y recursos, y mejoramos el orgullo de ser del tigre.
What is our goal.
The community family liaison vision is to strive towards equal educational and life opportunities for students and families despite socioeconomic status, background, etc. We work with the community to end generational poverty by creating pathways to independence and choice through education. Bennett’s school district family liaison will focus on providing resources to address a child’s social, emotional, physical, and academic needs with structured support.
We will work to improve parent and family self-sufficiency through building strong connections and implementation of nutrition support and food security programs. If we strengthen the family's nutritional knowledge, families will connect to a healthy lifestyle. As a community, we can provide information about healthy recipes, healthy minds, and positive lifestyles. We look forward to meeting all of you.
