Kindness Club announces their first project of the year. They are holding a “Sock-tober” clothing drive from Wednesday October 24th through Friday October 26th. Watch for the bins on campus and support this important effort to help others and spread kindness!

ELD Homework Help - If you are an ELD student level 1-5, you can come for free homework help after school on Thursdays from 3:15-4:15 in room 16. In addition you can get lunchtime help from Ms. Claudia on Mondays and Wednesdays in the library. See Ms. Harman in room 16 if you have questions.
The Thousand Oaks Teen Center is proud to partner once again with the NEW and much SCARIER Reign Of Terror for their 19th annual Haunted House at the Janss Marketplace. The Reign Of Terror is 23,000 square feet, and comprised of 105 different rooms. It’s a professional, full strength, not for small children haunted house. The haunt will be open weekends throughout October. Prices can be found online, but go to thousandoaksteencenter.com to get a $2 off coupon, and the full calendar.
Tutoring at the Thousand Oaks Teen Center offers completely free math tutoring for teens in 7th-12th grade. The program runs each Monday and Thursday from 4-5:30pm when school is in session. Multiple tutors assist on a first-come/first-served basis – no registration or appointment required. Get help with ANY level or aspect of math including test prep, homework, and skill enhancement. Second Annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest – Open to grades 6-8 teams or individual. Painting, drawing and gluing only; NO CARVING! Bring your pumpkin to Room 20 between Tuesday 10/23 and Thursday 10/25.
Redwood Newspaper – The Redwood newspaper staff is looking for artistic students. If you enjoy drawing and would like your art to be featured in our Redwood newspaper, please submit your artwork to Mrs. Pantoja in Room 31. Place your work in her box or email it to her at cpantoja@conejousd.org by Friday, October 26th.
