Chromebook and Material Pick up at CLA

With everyone starting the year virtually, we want to ensure that all of our students have access to a Chromebook and the internet. Unfortunately, we only have enough Chromebooks for our students who qualify for Special Education and have an IEP. If your child participates in the ECDEC program, we are still workin on a plan to provide technology as it becomes available. The students in 5th-8th grade who were assigned a 1:1 Chromebook all last year, do not need to return that device, and should continue to use it during virtual learning.

If your family has a laptop or device(s) (other than a phone) that you plan to use for your child’s virtual learning, you are not required to checkout a Chromebook.

If you do not have internet access at home (other than on your phone), please contact one of the administrators to ensure you are assigned a Wifi Hotspot for your use. Please read the attached letter for the dates/times for you to pick up your child’s assigned Chromebook. Chromebook Letter to Parents

If you still have NOT returned the Chromebook you borrowed from D15 last spring, you must return that device so it can be cleaned and updated. You will be provided with an updated device when you drop off your first device.

Updated Early Childhood Self-Contained School Supply List

To support both the virtual and in-person learning environments, we have created two separate school supply lists. All students in Blended Early Childhood and ECDEC classrooms will be provided with the necessary materials for both the in-person and virtual learning environments.
